Ordering Procedure:
1. Please inform the item number, size, color and quantity of the products you would like to order.
2. Receive Wacoal's confirmation information: including order number, amount, and Payme payment QR code.
3. Click the payment link to make the payment (payment within 4 hours is required).
4. Notify the purchaser’s name, address and contact number.
5. Receipt of Wacoal's confirmation that the payment has been received.
6. Receive the waybill number of SF Express.

Payment Methods:
For order placement through Whatsapp, currently we only accept Payme payment.
Delivery Cost:
Enjoy free delivery once (to 1 location) for purchases over HK$500.For purchase less than HK$500, shipping cost to be borne by customer (payment on delivery).
Member Points and Benefits:
Wacoal VIP points can be obtained, but points cannot be used for transaction via Whatsapp. Own Shop stamp accumulation are not applicable to this service. Cannot enjoy all store discounts (except VIP points).

Delivery time:
Orders will be delivered within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after placing the order. The product is delivered by the courier company to the address on your order. The scope of delivery is currently limited to industrial and commercial or residential addresses in Hong Kong (except for restricted areas). Please note that delivery will be carried out from Monday to Saturday (business addresses are only available for delivery on working days).Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please ensure that the delivery address and consignee name provided are correct. The estimated delivery time is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed to be completely accurate. Delivery process may be delayed due to issues with order processing, payment confirmation and delivery information. Wacoal will not be responsible for any delays.
Return and Refund:
Return and refund is not accepted.
The Return and Exchange terms are as follows:
Product can be replaced once within 30 days from the date of receipt (except for underpants, panties and discounted items). The replaced items must be unused, unworn, unmodified, unwashed, with labels tags, and free of odor and stains, And attached the original product tag and packaged are in good condition. You can send it by post (postage to be borne by customer) when you replace it, or you can go to the store for replacement arrangements in person. These Return and Exchange terms does not apply to product defects or incorrect delivery of order items.
Product Defects/Delivery Errors/ Packaging Issues
Please check whether the products and packaging are in good condition on the day of receipt. If you find any product defects/ delivery errors/ packaging problems, please call or WhatsApp photos to us within 48 hours.
In the event of any disputes, the decision of Wacoal Hong Kong Co., Ltd. shall be final and conclusive.
