Wacoal Member Scheme will be renewed on 6th April 2022, Details Terms and Conditions as follows:

Terms and Conditions of Membership Program:  

·      Applying to register as Wacoal VIP / FAN member will entitle the successful applicant to receive promotional benefits offered by Wacoal to its members from time to time. (Wacoal Hong Kong Company Limited shall be referred to in this document as “Wacoal”).  All personal information provided to Wacoal will be treated as confidential and securely protected.

·      Customers can apply to become Wacoal Basic VIP members by purchasing the products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands (hereinafter referred to as “VIP Membership”). If a customer using the Wacoal Phone-Apps to apply for Membership, the customer will be given a temporary membership on registration (hereinafter referred to as “Temporary Member” or “FAN”). The Temporary member or Fan can be upgraded as Wacoal Basic VIP members by purchasing the products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands within 5 years after the first registration. If a customer uses a means other than the Wacoal Phone-Apps to apply for VIP Membership, the customer can make any purchase of the products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands and become eligible to apply to register as a Wacoal Basic VIP Member.

·      VIP membership is only recognized at all designated counters in Department Stores and dedicated stores selling products of Wacoal, Peach John, CW-X, Remamma and Lecien located in the Hong Kong and Macau region. The VIP membership will not be recognized in franchised stores or redeemable for already discounted products and Bargain Sale Items.

 ·      In furtherance of the interest of customers, all applications for registering as VIP, customers are required to provide at least three items of personal information for subsequent identity verification and contact purpose, such personal information will be the full name of the customer in English as appearing in the identification document, contact phone number and month of birth of the members. For any subsequent amendments to the personal information provided to Wacoal at time of registration, please use the Wacoal Phone-Apps to process the required amendment.

·      The benefits offered to a particular member, gift or cash coupon(s) earned and points accumulated shall be personal to this member and is not transferable for the use of other members or third parties.

·      Under the VIP Membership, all accumulated points, gift or cash coupons for redemption and other member’s privileges or benefits (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Benefits”) can only be used towards the purchase of products under the brands offered by Wacoal. The benefits can at no time be used to exchange for cash or exchange.

·      All personal information of customers is collected for internal use and customer communications only, including but not limited to the following:-
1.       for registering and maintaining the member status under the VIP Membership;
2.       to enjoy the member’s benefits;
3.       to inform members on any change in the terms of the VIP Membership or related matters; 4.       to update members on latest news and campaigns; and
5.       to inform members of new products and promotional benefits.

·      The VIP membership card or the QR code of Wacoal Phone-Apps must be presented at time of purchase in order for the points awarded on the current purchase to be accumulated. Failing which, points will not be awarded for accumulation purpose once payment on the current purchase is completed.

·      For replacement of a VIP card in the event of loss or for any other reason, please provide the phone number given to Wacoal at time of member registration and any identification documents such as membership cards or credit cards, for identity verification.

·      On loss of a VIP card or discovery on unauthorized use of the VIP membership account, please forthwith inform staff of Wacoal. However, Wacoal will not be liable for any loss to its VIP member occasioned as a result of such loss, unauthorized use of a lost card or unauthorized use generally. The balance of the accumulated awarded points and awarded gift coupons related to the lost card will be determined at all times in accordance with the database of Wacoal’s.

·      Wacoal reserves the absolute right to amend the terms and conditions unilaterally and without the need to provide notice to its VIP members prior to such amendments. In the event of any disputes relating to the usage of the VIP Membership and related matters, Wacoal shall have the sole and absolute right in the final determination of such matters.

·      The terms and conditions relating to the use of the VIP Membership are posted on Wacoal’s website. By the use of the membership or gaining access to the Wacoal’s website, the member shall be construed as having read and agree to such terms and conditions.

·      In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions of the use of the VIP Membership, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.  

Terms and Benefits for each grade of members under the membership program:
 
Grading: FAN  

Condition: To download and register as a FAN via Wacoal Phone-Apps

Benefits: Not Applicable  

Validity period of FAN membership: 5 Years (From the day of registration)

·      Register on Wacoal Phone-Apps to become FAN.

·      The Temporary member or Fan can be upgraded as Wacoal Basic VIP members by purchasing the products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands within 5 years after the first registration.

·      The QR code of Wacoal Phone-Apps must be presented at time of purchase in order for the points awarded on the purchase to be accumulated. Failing which, points will not be awarded for accumulation purpose once payment on the current purchase is completed.

·      Spending on products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands within 1 year from the day on which the FAN became a Basic VIP member will be awarded points which are equivalent to the amount of the spending and such points will be accumulated for membership upgrading purpose.

 -          Instant upgrade to Gold VIP member for accumulated spending between HK$3,000 to HK$4,999 (or the equivalent in other currency).

 -          Instant upgrade to Platinum VIP member for accumulated spending over HK$5,000 (or the equivalent in other currency).  

Grading : Basic VIP Member  

Conditions:
1.     Customers can apply to become Wacoal Basic VIP members by any purchase of the products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands; or
2.     Upon registering as a FAN member via Wacoal Phone-Apps, The Temporary member or Fan can be upgraded as Wacoal Basic VIP members by any purchase of the products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands within 5 years after the first registration.  

Validity period of membership: 5 Years (From the date of last purchase)  

Benefits :  

1.     10 points will be awarded for every HK$200 spending on regular priced products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands, and every 100 points can be used as HK$100 at the time of purchase of products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands.

Grading : Gold VIP Member

Condition :
1.     Upgrade from Basic VIP member for accumulated spending on products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands above HK$3,000 (or the equivalent in other currency) within 12 months from becoming a Basic VIP member; or
2.     Upon registering as FAN, will be upgraded upon one single spending on products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands above HK$3,000 (or the equivalent in other currency).   Validity period of membership : 12 months  

Benefits :  
1.     10 points will be awarded for every HK$200 spending on regular priced products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands, and every 100 points can be used as HK$100 at the time of purchase of products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands.
2.     HK$100 e-Cash voucher for spending on products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands will be given in birthday month but the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.     During the validity period of the Gold VIP membership, member will be instantly upgraded to Platinum VIP member for accumulated spending on products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands in excess of HK$5,000. If accumulated spending is less than HK$3,000, member will be changed back to Basic VIP membership upon expiration of the current Gold VIP membership. If the spending is more than HK$3,000 but less than HK$5,000, the Gold VIP membership will be renewed for 12 months upon the expiration of the current Gold VIP membership.

Grading : Platinum VIP Member  

Condition :
1.     Upgrade from Gold VIP membership for accumulated spending on products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands above HK$5,000 (or the equivalent in other currency) within 12 months from becoming a Basic VIP member or a Gold VIP member; or
2.     Upon registering as FAN, will be upgraded upon one single spending on products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands above HK$5,000 (or the equivalent in other currency).  

Validity period of membership : 12 months  

Benefits :  
1.     10 points will be awarded for every HK$200 spending on regular priced products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands, and every 100 points can be used as HK$100 at the time of purchase of products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands.
2.     HK$100 e-Cash voucher for spending on products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands will be given in birthday month but the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.     One-off 10% discount for purchasing products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands.
4.     During the validity period of the Platinum VIP membership, if accumulated spending on products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands is in excess of $5,000 or above, the Platinum VIP membership will be renewed for 12 months upon the expiration of the current Platinum VIP membership. Member will be changed to Gold VIP member if the accumulated spending is more than HK$3,000 but less than HK$5,000. Member will be changed to Basic VIP membership if accumulated spending is below HK$3,000.
 
Terms & Conditions on Awarded Points

1.         10 points will be awarded for every HK$200 spending on regular priced products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands, and every 100 points can be used as HK$100 at the time of purchase of products of Wacoal’s or its co-brands. All points will be accumulated based on a basic unit of 10 points. For example, a purchase of HK$250 will only be awarded 10 points.

2.         If a purchase of HK$2,340 is made, 110 points will be awarded, of which 100 points can be used to deduct part of the transaction amount immediately. The remaining 10 points will be accumulated for the point accumulating period.

3.         Points can be redeemed instantly. Example: A member has cumulated 90 points from previous spending and is making a current purchase of HK$200 which will be awarded with 10 points. This member can on this current purchase use 100 points as HK$100 cash. In other words, this member only needs to pay HK$100 for the latest transaction. Points can also not be used in the latest transaction but for accumulation for use on or before the date of expiry.

4.         When using the points, member must present the Membership Card or App, or Identity document (such as Credit card) may be required by Wacoal’s staff upon redemption for identity verification purpose.

5.         The membership card or the QR code of Wacoal Phone-Apps must be presented at time of purchase in order for the points awarded on the purchase to be accumulated. Failing which, points will not be awarded for accumulation purpose once payment on the current purchase is completed.

6.         When the purchase is cancelled by reason of the member returning the products, all awarded points and membership benefits will be reversed and adjusted automatically. If grading of a membership is affected by such purchase, the grading of membership will also be adjusted upon cancellation of such purchase.

7.         Expiry date of points : points awarded is valid for 1 year, counting from the date of the first time points earned or the date of point earned after redemption, whichever is later.

8.         All unused points will be automatically cleared and the account balance will be reset to zero after the expiry date of points. No points will be re-awarded.

9.         Members are able to check their awarded points balance and benefits via Wacoal Phone-Apps. Wacoal will not be responsible for any non-redemption of e-Cash voucher and awarded points on the expiry of their validity.。

10.      All awarded points are calculated by reference to Hong Kong dollars only.

11.      Points will not be awarded for purchase of discounted or special priced items.

12.      In the event of any disputes relating to the usage of the VIP Membership and related matters, Wacoal shall have the sole and absolute right in the final determination of such matters.

Birthday e-Cash Voucher’s Terms & Conditions

Gold VIP member and Platinum VIP member will be awarded with a HK$100 e-Cash Voucher in their birthday month. E-Cash Voucher can be redeemed at Counters in Department Stores and dedicated stores selling products of Wacoal, Peach John , CW-X, Remamma and Lecien.

1.         E-Cash Voucher is redeemable at Counters in Department Stores and dedicated stores selling products of Wacoal, Peach John, CW-X, Remamma and Lecien.

2.         E-Cash Voucher can only be used during the birthday month and Wacoal will not entertain any claim of unused but expired e-cash voucher. (The validity period is from the beginning of the birthday month to end of the month)

3.         Gold VIP card member and Platinum VIP member will only receive their birthday E-Cash Voucher once a year.

4.         Member must on registration provide the month of birthday in order to enjoy the award of e-cash voucher.

5.         Valid membership card or the QR code of Wacoal Phone-Apps must be presented upon redemption. Or Identity document (such as Credit card) may be required by Wacoal’s staff upon redemption for identity verification purpose.

6.         E-cash voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or items. No change will be given if the full value of the voucher is not used.

7.         E-cash voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers/discounts. (Platinum VIP membership one-time 10% discount, awarding of points and redemption excluded)
 
8.         E-cash voucher cannot be used in franchised stores or special priced items.

9.         Members are able to check the availability for use of such e-cash voucher via Wacoal’s Phone Apps. Wacoal will not be responsible for any non-redemption of e-Cash voucher on the expiry of its validity.

10.      In the event of any dispute, Wacoal shall have the sole and absolute right in the final determination of such matters.

One-off 10% Discount Terms and Conditions

Platinum VIP members are entitled to enjoy one-off 10% discount within validity period of Platinum VIP membership.

1.       One-off 10% discount is applicable at Counters in Department Stores and dedicated stores selling products of Wacoal, Peach John, CW-X, Remamma. and Lecien.

2.       One-off 10% discount can only be used within valid period of the platinum VIP membership. Wacoal will not entertain any claim of unused but expired offer.

3.       One-off 10% discount is applicable for one-single purchase of regular-priced items only. Combination of receipts is not accepted.

4.       Valid membership card or the QR code of Wacoal Phone-Apps must be presented upon redemption, or Identity document (such as Credit card) may be required by Wacoal’s staff upon redemption for identity verification purpose.

5.       One-off 10% discount cannot be redeemed for cash or items.

6.       One-off 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers/discounts. (awarding of points and redemption and birthday e-cash voucher excluded)

7.       One-off 10% discount cannot be used in franchised stores or special priced items.

8.       Members are able to check the availability of this offer via Wacoal’s Phone Apps. Wacoal will not be responsible for any non-redemption of the 10% discount offer after its expiry date.

9.       In the event of any dispute, Wacoal shall have the sole and absolute right in the final determination of such matters.

Privacy Policy

 All personal information provided by customers to Wacoal will be treated as confidential and securely protected. Wacoal has put in place the following principles on privacy policy:-

1.       All personal information collected is for administration of the membership scheme and promotional activities.

2.       All personal information will only be used for improving customer service and products.

3.       Wacoal will not revealed or released to any third parties of any personal information of its customers unless prior consent has been obtained from the related customer for such revelation or release, or such revelation or lease is in compliance with the law or the customer has been informed in advance of this revelation or release.

4.       Wacoal will use its best effort to maintain accurate and updated personal information of its customers.

5.       Wacoal will use strict measure to prevent unauthorized access to the personal information of its customers.

6.       Wacoal has standing instruction for its staff that may have access to the personal information of its customers to adhere to Wacoal’s principles on privacy policy.
